This practical, easy-to-follow session focuses on simple wellbeing techniques you can use during your workday, including:

  • Movement for wellbeing: gentle ways to keep your body active
  • Easy desktop exercises for busy workdays
  • Calming techniques to reduce stress and improve focus
  • Tips to stay balanced, energised, and resilient in the year ahead

No fitness level required. No special equipment needed.
